This brand new luxury 2 and 4 bedroom apartments boasting amazing sea views and a beautifully designed interior.
As you walk in to the apartments you are greeted by a stylish and modern open plan living room and kitchen.
The kitchens are fully equipped with a electric stove and oven, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge freezer as well as a premium Nespresso coffee machine and a fully loaded kitchen.
The stylish living room diner boasts beautiful furnishings with a dining table with 6 chairs.
There is a large flat screen smart TV with cable channels and free high speed Wifi in both apartments.
Both the 2 bedroom and 4 bedroom apartments have stunning bedrooms furnished to a high spec and have bed side cabinets, lighting and plenty of wardrobe space.
The 2 bedroom apartment has an en suite bathroom in the master bedroom and a second bathroom for the other bedroom.
The 4 bedroom apartment boasts two en suite bathrooms and a third bathroom for use by the other two bedrooms. There is also an individual toilet near the entrance to the apartment.
We provide all bedding and bath towels required for your stay.
Both apartments have large balconies with an outdoor table and BBQ area, facing south west towards those stunning sea views and scenic landscape.
On the opposite side of the apartments are second balconies facing south east towards the main avenue.
The 4 bedroom apartment has a private roof terrace of 90sqm and boasts panoramic views of the sea, the city and the distant mountains of Monchique. The terrace is equipped with outdoor furniture, a dining table and sun loungers.

It is important to note that these apartments are located in a private condominium with many residents that live there, the apartment is not suitable for parties or people that intend to disturb the other residents. Condominium rules must be followed.
