Property info

LV Premier Bica is one of our favorites- the frontal river view, private terrace, BBQ and garden as well as being super central (Bairro Alto, Chiado, Santos) more than make up for the lack of elevator. Located in a pedestrian street in historic quarter- car access is conditioned and may require walking approx 50 meters/ using the stairs bordering Elevador da Bica. Please note that this is a 3rd floor walk up and we do not recommend it for people with mobility issues. Complimentary bag drop in our nearby office in Rua do Carmo 43, 3a. When the number of booked guests exceeds the number of beds, we provide folding beds or a sofa bed. These can be set up in bedrooms or the living room.

This is one of the most popular neighborhoods being close to everything but with a safe distance from loud nightlife partying. Very central, near the metro, with trams, funicular and more
