Magnolia House is an exceptional living space. Rachel was so accommodating and assisted us with travel suggestions. Each day our rooms/bathroom were cleaned and she provided treats for an afternoon or late evening tea. The breakfast was continental and was very tastefully presented. Her décor is top notch. Please note that there is no parking at the house, you need to park in a garage close by. Also please keep in contact with Rachel if you are going to be early/late. She depends on your communication for quick checkin. You will love this place! Close to hop on hop off tour which can take you into the hub of the city.

Raquel was very welcoming and helpful to get around the guesthouse. The room was very pleasant and the bathroom clean and with all necessities. The breakfast was delicious with a lot of options. The area was quite close to city center and transportation from/to the guesthouse was easy. We had a beautiful stay and will definitely come back if going back to lisbon.

Beautiful guest house with friendly and very knowledgeable host, who speaks a multitude of languages and has the best suggestions for dinner in Lisbon. The breakfast was a great start of the day. We had such a wonderful stay!

The bathroom was good but it was separate from the bedroom which we really didn’t like. The property is next to a major road so can be a little noisy. These things made it feel not worth the money we paid.
Really liked the decor of the guest house. Raquel was very helpful, particularly with information before we arrived. Breakfast was great. Everything was kept very clean.

Parking was an issue, as we couldn't park right at the house, however, we had a five minute walk to the car n a nearby parking garage.

Honestly there was nothing we did not like. I thought long and hard but nothing comes too mind.
