Internet in the room was patchy and the tv menu very sparse. Some channels like CNN went off line frequently.

Nothing went wrong at all, except we missed out on the oppurtunity to make use of your Spa on floor -1. The masseuse was fully booked out for our duration of stay but we now know for next time to book in advance.
