The building and patio are very cute and charming.
PortugalI liked my stay - was attending a family wedding over a series of days. Tranquil, quiet hidden gem. Clean minimalistic rooms. Large shower, power hose, clean towels, linen, comfortable bedding. Lidl is a 9 mins walk away & Rio Sul (mall) is a 15 mins drive away. Cleaning is available most days if required. Heater/AC works well. Smart TV which lots of selection. Not sure about average size of Portugese hotel rooms but this was bigger than a British one bedroom.
United KingdomThe house is gorgeous, a very typical countryside villa, cozy and aesthetically well thought. The exteriors are beautifully designed: I really loved the stairs with the handrails in wrought iron, and all the purple and violet climbing flowers around the place. So gracious, so relaxing! Edite is a lovely, caring host, happy to accommodate requests quickly and to give suggestions about what to do. We felt like part of the family, even if for just a couple of days! (There is also a very cute and gentle Bernese dog around, who patiently let our 1y.o. kid do whatever she wanted while suffering in silence. Hero ❤️)
