Very clean, very modern, amazing location, very friendly staff and the breakfast was just heaven. rooms very spacious, balcony, fridge, coffee machine, iron, huge wardrobe and bathroom. Feels like luxury resort. And the shuttle service to city centre was very convinient and helpful. thank you guys for everything, hope to see you again☀️☀️❤️❤️

An excellent hotel – the room was nice and well-equipped, the breakfast buffet was comprehensive and tasty. I also liked that I could make national phone calls from the room telephone without being charged for them.

The staff were so friendly and helpful. They even provided a shuttle bus to the centre of Lisbon. Also gave us lots of tips of what to do. The train station was about a 10 minute walk. We also visited Fatima which was about a one and a half hour trip on a coach from 2 metro stops away. The breakfast and the buffet dinner was beautiful also. Plenty of varieties for breakfast. I would recommend staying at this hotel and I would stay here again.

My husband and I travelled with a bus tour and had dinner at SMY one night and one breakfast. All good with nice variety of food. Only problem was that one elevator was out of order for the four nights we stayed plus the last night the only other elevator broke. Next morning we told staff we had a problem then with our luggage and a staff member took care of this thank goodness! The staff were very professional and accommodating. We would stay there again but they should not have left the first elevator broken for long enough that the only other one broke down too. Other than that we were very satisfied with our stay and will use this hotel again.
