When you are renting one of our properties, we meet you personally with the key, which gives us an opportunity to impart enough initial information to you to get you enjoying your stay as soon as possible. We would like to show you the real Portugal and so we offer personalised visits & days out with real locals who will share with you what the large tour companies cannot. We aim to provide quality accommodation for visitors looking for the freedom which self-catering offers. Additionally, we offer to identify first-rate properties for foreign investors wanting to buy property in Portugal, either for own use or to realise a return through the holiday rental market. “5* view from the terrace, and what a joy to wake up to the sea everyday. 2 minute walk to the closest beach, which is lovely for a dip during high tide. So many more adjoining beaches all with different personalities either a walk away or train ride. The Parede train station is a very pleasant 7-9 minute walk from the apartment, very well connected to Cascais and Lisbon. Supermarket & shops are near the Parede station. The apartment itself was really well appointed, felt luxurious and was such a treat to enjoy. The bedrooms (2 with an incredible view, 1 with an incredible walk in closet) have heaps of natural light and the bathrooms are spacious.
