The 50m² space includes 2 independent air-conditioned bedrooms with panoramic windows, 1 complete bathroom, kitchen equipped with the indispensable appliances, and 1 privileged garage space with capacity for a vehicle in the same building, with direct access to the apartment floor. The access to the apartment is made by 2 elevators. The apartment's main feature is its centrality, making sure you don't need any means of transport to visit Porto.

The Historical center is quite cozy, everything is very close to the apartment, architectural and gastronomic attractions. The atmosphere in the surrounding streets as well as practically all over the city, is quite safe, whether it is day or night. Several tourist support points are scattered around the city. Cabs and Tourist Buses (Hop-On-Hop-Off) right in front of the building, Historical Tramway at 150m and Metro Line at 500m.
