The staff was amazing. Every single person working at this hotel is nice, polite and "tour guides". The room was comfy with an amazing decor - it reminds you of an old room that was indeed used by Kings or Queens (which is really their intention). If I come back to Sintra, I'll definitely stay here again. The breakfast although was a little odd for me at first, sharing a single 10 chairs table, was great. It is simple and tasty. More than enough to start the day off with right foot. Perfect experience. Came here for a day, stayed 3.

United States of AmericaPerfect location to this quaint area! Loved having an apartment room that we accessed directly from outside. Separate sleeping area for my sons bed which allowed us to watch tv or stay up later without waking him. Large king bed in D. Carlos apt 10’ away from the entrance to the breakfast room allowed us to go eat breakfast while my son stayed in the room (he doesn’t eat breakfast). Large beautiful bathroom complete with tub and shower.
