really nice and cosy house, very traditional. the location is very good, in the front of the castle which makes it really cute! you need a car to get there, and there’s plenty of parking in the front; you can then walk to the village which I would recommend. the house was very clean, and the kitchen has everything you need to cook a meal if you want. the beds are comfortable, and there’s duvets available in case you need if you are cold at night (nights can be cold even though the days are hot). the communication with the host easy and quick.

You can choose from a variety of activities, including cycling, fishing and hiking or relax with a film and a book. The village of Sortelha is 12 km, and Vilar Maior is 20 km away from Sabugal.
