Situada muito perto do centro de Arouca, em Nogueiró, cerca de 3,6 Kms a Quinta das Ameixas, tal como como o próprio nome indica, é uma Quinta com pomar de ameixas, e outras frutas. A propriedade dispõe de uma vasta área de pomar, jardim, terraços, e uma piscina ao ar livre, bem como Zona para churrascos e forno a lenha. A casa constituída por três quartos, um deles com casa de banho privativa, os outros dois partilham uma excelente casa de banho com banheira. A casa coloca à disposição dos hóspedes a cozinha da habituação, totalmente equipada, máquina da louça, microondas, fogão e forno, bem com zona para refeições e sala de estar. Toda a casa oferece Wi-Fi gratuito e televisão por cabo, com canais para crianças e canais de desporto.
