The place is absolutely wonderful. We chose it because of the location, which is central to many of the best historical villages in Portugal. The house was recently renovated, decorated with a classical style of very good taste. Hospitality and kindness are hallmarks of the family, who are relatives of the famous Portuguese writer Almeida Garrett. Breakfast is spectacular, with fruits from the garden and Portuguese specialities. We stayed in a separated guesthouse, very comfortable and cozy.

PortugalWonderful, authentic, aesthetic, calm old Portuguese farm house designed with a slight new touch, that perfectly fits itself in the local architecture. The family is very nice and welcoming. The breakfast is just a feast :) the rooms are super clean, the parking is right next to the house, there are plenty of rooms, places around the houses where you can socialize either with other guests or the family. We have received a wonderful welcome snack including wine, cheese and bread. It’s the most quiet place of our two weeks trip through Portugal. There are plenty of attractions around - for further details just ask your hosts :)
PolandBeautiful granite stone houses on arrival along with a complimentary bottle of red. Warmly welcomed, like family. Biggest, most comfortable bed with great facilities. Well designed kitchenette and cosy couches in front of a fire place. Great wifi, tv...but the breakfast was out of this world. Everything was tasty. Each morning there is more of your favourite fruits,etc from the morning before. Really memorable. Overall amazing attention to detail - hearty thanks for a great stay!

PortugalWe stayed in this house for two nights, from there we hiked in the Estrela mountains. It is absolutely beautiful farm house and very well kept. We enjoyed the swimming pool in the afternoon and the lavish breakfast in the morning. The hosts were friendly and helpful and we felt welcome.
