Breakfast was only lukewarm even though it was on the warmer. every type of tea except the most basic plain tea that most people use was there and when i asked for plain black tea it could not be got the same for the tea in the bedroom.so no tea for breakfast and cold eggs and bacon.

Air conditioner was not working properly. Had to open the window at night and then there was a funky smell from the outside so had to close the window again.
