Everything. This place is nice and well equipped. It is a blast to be on tiny streets with locals all around.
United States of AmericaLocation is unbeatable, very special remote village. House itself has this very old spirit, but still with modern facilities. Our stay was very comfortable, from using kitchen, bathroom to sleeping in a bed. Hosts are super friendly and helpful. We felt very welcomed.

PolandThis is real Portugal! Tiny village, narrow streets, people going about doing daily chores! The apartment is fantastic! We should have booked for a weekend! Our hosts were a delightful couple with local knowledge. It really was a “refuge”! Hundred year old house with renovated interior, exceptional work! Gift of lemons from family garden, Port wine to sample from family vines and good tip for eating out in Tabuaço. Truly a real gem of a place. Highly recommend!

MaltaBarcos is situated high up the Douro and it was lovely to arrive (finally) in the 10 century village. We had a warm welcome by Marcia and her friend. The apartment is well contained and you want for nothing, everything is there if you wish to cook. Locally there are two small supermarkets and a bakery. We did a morning trip to Pinhao for a one hour river cruise and we’re back by 2pm to walk to the family winery for a fabulous tour, hosted by Jose. What a memorable experience. Thank you Jose.
AustraliaVery friendly and welcoming hosts, the whole Family really. The appartement is very nice and well equiped, good internet connection, too. We would have loved to have more time to do the wine tasting offered by the host.
