Founded in 2010, we are a local property management company based in Lisbon. All our Vacation Rentals are licensed by the Portuguese Tourism Office and we are a proud member of the Portuguese “Alojamento Local” Association, ALEP. We exclusively manage all of our RENT4REST properties. Each of them has been selected due to its unique characteristics such as a great view, excellent location in the city centre or beachfront. So, whether you are planning a business trip, a romantic getaway or a vacation with family and friends, we have furnished and equipped our houses to make sure you feel comfortable.

Self-catering studio apartment located in the fishing village of Sesimbra with stunning views over the Atlantic Ocean and Sesimbra village and private beach access. This pretty studio features a dining area with a table and chairs, a kitchenette, a private bathroom with shower, a double bed (1,40m), cable TV and Wi-fi. The apartment is furnished to ensure a pleasant stay for its guests. The apartment is located in the Sesimbra Court building so it has a 24h security service.

The location is close to many beautiful beaches like Meco and Portinho da Arrabida, and just walking distance from Sesimbra centre. It is a very affordable and romantic choice for couples who are looking for beach and town proximity and also for families with children who are looking for close and quick access to a safe and quiet beach. Sesimbra is a fishing village, famous for its wonderful gastronomy, full of fresh fish and shellfish. You will find a great number of restaurants with great food overlooking the beach and harbour, at incredibly low prices. The village also offers a large variety of activities related to the sea and nature
