The staff were amazing! The best, most helpful people ever. We had bikes, which we had to box up to fly with. The various staff members were so helpful and spoke excellent English. They helped us get our gear in to the hotel, arranged all of our transport to the airport and helped us load our gear into the taxis.
AustraliaClean , spacious room, quiet AC, I booked twin room with two single beds, but one of the beds was double - nice surprise. Coffee in the lobby is available 24h. Nice hosts - ready to help, very friendly and polite. It is a 4th floor, but elevator is there. Close to Central square with all hop on off buses. Recommend.

CanadaThe hotel itself can be best described as one hiding in plain sight. I had to walk past the hotel entrance several time before realizing where it was. The hotel is actually at the 4th and 5th floor of an apartment building. To find the hotel, it is the door to the left of the cafeteria. I arrived at bit too early and the rooms weren't ready at the time. The staff let me leave my stuff with them while I went around the city. When I got back, I was given a very large room with four beds which was way more than I needed but I'm not complaining!
Irelandit is on same line (red) as Lisbon Orient train station and airport so very convenient. It is on opposite side on red line bt the metro is very fast and efficient.
