Lighting both in the rooms and general areas was dim (Using low wattage energy-saving lamps?)
Location for an overnight stop was OK. Transport is needed to go into the centre of town. Car parking on site. There is a great restaurant Restaurante Tipica about 300 metres away. Owners were very pleasant and helpful.

Staff were polite and pleasant.
The staff were friendly, and breakfast was ok, but the hotel is old and needs a fresh look to attract visitors. Everything was old.

The place was old but clean, no air conditioning, and expensive for what it was.
Hosts were very very nice. Family business. Breakfast was nice.

Location is ok if you have a car but we were travelling with public transport and it was a fair walk to the town up a steep path. We had to order a taxi to take us up each day and walk down although the owner was kind enough to take us up the first day there. Breakfast could be improved.
Basic accommodation but very cheap the owner was a very happy helpful character. Room was very clean. Bed comfortable
