This hotel was very convenient for visiting Bussaco Palace and Forest. Just a 30 minute walk, and so much to explore. Miguel and Sandra were excellent hosts - very friendly and helpful. My room had the best shower! Good pressure and hot, and fully adjustable. I had a good view of the chapel and spring. The sun streamed into my room every morning and the weather was perfect. The breakfast was great.

There was no hot water on any of the taps. It was quite noisy early in the morning, with the other guests going for breakfast and checking out.
Room was nice and very clean. Bed was comfortable and there was a wide range of channels on the TV. Breakfast was great with a wide selection and hours for breakfast and checking out were flexible.
