The experience as a whole was very good; the staff is excellent and very helpful. The breakfast they offer is amazing and they arranged something for us before opening hours because we had a tour guide arranged to pick us up before 9 am. Location is central, but the street has no car access, or cars need special permit to access the nearby streets. Could be difficult for someone with mobility issues.

Staff was so helpful and easy about leaving my bag after check out. The breakfast is great and so lovely to be accommodated for as I am gluten free and vegetarian. I was aware of the room layout and how it joins with the restaurant terrace so that wasn’t a big deal especially as the first night I stayed was a Monday (the restaurant is closed on this day).

From the moment we arrived having the amazing staff come help us with our bags to sitting back, enjoying the food and drinks in the Santa Bica Restaurant, we loved the ambiance and energy of your establishment immensely! Your staff were beyond friendly and introduced us to one of Portugal's treasures, Ginjinha! Our room was incredibly comfortable and waking up to a fresh, home made healthy breakfast, enjoying your court yard was just so pleasant! We were so happy with the location, right next to the iconic trolly and in the heart of all the excitement Lisbon has to offer. We found it was walking distance to pretty much everything we hoped to see. Thank you for the most memorable experience! We will definitely recommend the Santa Bica to all we know and plan to return soon.

Could be a bit noisy at night from attached restaurant but was not an issue with the a/c fan and shutting the hallway door. Would definitely stay here again, and it was a great value for price.
