Magnificent apartment located in a very quiet and exquisite area of Gaia, just 15 km away from Porto. The apartment is beautifully-decorated and offer an high-end experience, with top amenities and an amazing view over the Atlantic Ocean. The apartment has one balcony and a terrace, getting tons of light during the day. It's located in a very calm residential area, surrounded by gardens, cycle paths, and just 300 meters away from the beach. The perfect beach hideout in the outskirts of Porto. Fully-equipped apartment with the most amazing facilities and areas. It's absolutely perfect for couples and small families looking for some nice days by the beach, but close enough to a big and exciting city as Porto. The apartment itself has about 80 square meters, featuring one bedroom, one bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen, a roomy living/dining area, a balcony and an amazing terrace. The apartment is located in the ground floor with easy access to the garden and the beach. During the stay, the guest is responsible for the safekeeping and proper use of the property's keys. Please avoid leaving them in the lock or mailbox. In the event that a specialized technician is needed for door opening or in case of damage to the key and/or lock, the costs associated with this service will be the responsibility of the guest. In case of key loss, a penalty will be applied.

Neighborhood info

São Félix da Marinha is a very quiet area in the outskirts of Porto. It includes the beautiful beaches between Espinho and the Douro river, including Granja beach - the most ancient and charismatic one. This beach has a train station, for between the railways and the beach, you will find several quarters with beautiful examples of summer architecture of the beginning of the 20th century.
