Everything was good, front desk staff were very helpful and the afternoon we arrived (after a 20 hour journey) one member of staff went out of their way to organize cheese on toast.

Staff here was amazing and very accommodating. For the price, it was awesome here. 8 minutes for the FC Porto Stadium and 10 min from the bridges. WiFi doesn’t work too well, but that was alright. Definitely recommend this place.

Cancel our room cards because we didnt had payed for breakfast (no one approach us and the normal bill was supposed to be paid at checkout). They could talked with us instead of cancel our room cards.

Too crowded in the breakfast room.
The convenience of location and the price was reasonable. The staff arranged for a crib even without asking. Very friendly and welcoming staff.

It’s a comfortable place to stay, very clean and comfortable, it has a good value for the money specially for those on a road trip, very friendly and professional staff. The facility includes parking with is a big help for those planning a short business stay or even long stay on business

It was very cold when we stayed and the air con/heat is not sufficient, not allowed to tak the dog in the lift (silly rule) had to walk up the back stairs
Good location for us, clean good value, we took the dog and they gave us a free blanket and towel and doggy bowls - good hot shower

Had to take the stairs because of the dog that we paid for. Hairdryer didn't work. The worst hotel food i ever had.

no nearby metro connection. Only buses available. But taxis are cheaper and we used Taxis to get to the center and come back.
