Property info

Inserted in an old building, this is a ground floor studio, with direct entrance from the street. With a simple yet comfortable decoration it has all the needed appliances for a short stay in Lisbon - if your primary goal is to know the old town and it attractions this will be a great option. Please note that the studio one door and only one window facing the street which is the only entrance of fresh air on the house (to minimize this, the studio has an extra extraction system on its back, near the kitchenette and also a portable A/C as well as a small vent you can use if necessary).

Neighborhood info

There is simply no better place to experience Lisbon like Baixa. This nice studio is in a quite traditional neighborhood with the proximity to major attractions in the old part of Lisbon. It is located on a narrow street without cars called Travessa da Madalena, right next to Escadinhas de São Cristovão where you can find a tribute mural to fado, the portuguese characteristic music style. On top of Escadinhas de São Cristovão there is a bar whith some live music sometimes, as well as the parish church with its bell so more sensite persons should expect some sound if keeping the window opened (when closed, the sound reduces considerably).
