Beautiful 2 bedroom cozy apartment in the heart of Albufeira. Big and bright living room with double sofa bed and terrace with sea view, fully furnished kitchen, one spacious bathroom and two large bedrooms, one of which has a sea view. It can accommodate 6 persons maximum (2 double beds and 1 sofa bed). The apartment is less than 10 minutes walk to the famous Praia dos Pescadores and the Old Town and at just a few meters from the pharmacy, supermarket, shops and restaurants. Tourist Tax: Albufeira: In May 2024, the council of Albufeira introduced a tourist tax that is to be paid by all visitors, aged 13 years and older, staying in paid tourist accommodation within the district between 1st April and 31st October. The tax of 2 Euros per person, will be applied for a maximum of 7 nights and is to be paid in advance via a secure payment link provided by the accommodation provider.
Hi There! We are Trish and Ry, Americans from California. We lived in this flat and love it. It is so easy to run or walk to the beach and we did it every morning. Also, cafes, restaurants, markets, and pharmacies are within walking distance so if you don't have a car, that's no problem! Plus there is Fiber Internet in the flat so working is super fast and easy. We hope you will love it, too.
Perfect, central location to explore Albufeira. The apartment is less than 10 minutes walk to the the famous Praia dos Pescadores and the Old Town and at just a few meters from the pharmacy, supermarket, shops and restaurants.
