-the staff needs more training - Very young and feels like there is management missing - dinner was not good (fish overcooked, did not like desert that did not taste like it was supposed to - white chocolate) - small swimming pool very busy in the afternoon with kids screaming - no way to have a relaxing time - I would suggest to have some opening hours for adults only - breakfast was not as good as expected - eggs without salt, for example

As a Hotel that sell themselves as a hotel and Spa, for the two days that I was there, during holiday season, neither the sauna or the Turkish bath worked. The need to also ask the reception to turn them on, loses any interest, as both needs considerable time to warm up. In the pool it was explicitly written in the rules of conduct that it is a silent place, however that was not the case, as kids had no problem screaming, running around and jumping to the pool. The hotel is not capable of enforcing these rules. The Spa was a let down.
Location is absolutely amazing.

It is called "hotel & spa" but at the end the indoor pool i rather small and most importantly there are only 6 pool chaise lounge and no other chairs in the pool area, that are always taken. At the end we could not use the pool or stay there waiting for a space in the pool. We even ask at the reception but they were not allowed to provide more chairs. So if you want to go on winter think twice, probably would not be possible to use the indoor pool.

The carpet was very dirty, and the bed was destroyed all around. No sleepers. No vanity kit. No Kleenex. Not enough shower gel and shampoo for 2 persons.

The Spa was quite disappointing: just one small swimming pool and a 4 people bathtub. The turkish bath was out of service and the sauna was always off. Every time you wanted the spa to work you had to call reception using an interphone and wait until they turned them on -not worth it. I guess in the summer with more people and the outside pool/garden is nicer. They didn't have room in the restaurant for the guests, so better book it in advance, as there is nothing around in case you need a late (9pm) dinner.
The room is huge. There is a calm feeling all around. Confy bed and great bathroom. Breakfast complete and tasty.

Cleaning services forgot to leave robes at the room, and they didn't show up until after lunch time to clean the room. The jacuzzi at the spa wss turned off, so you have to go down, then back to reception to tell them to please turn it on, shouldn't be necessary when before going there you need to go to reception to fetch towels ... Maybe was because it was low season, but attention should be even better if there are just a few rooms booked.
The staff was reactive when needed.

The restaurant was a little soulless and the food was just ok.
This place had everything we needed for a one night stay. The weather was particularly bad when we arrived and the staff were very accommodating about where we could park our motorbikes under cover. By morning the weather had changed so we could really appreciate the views and scenery.

Umbrella by the pool was broken.
Gorgeous setting of the hotel. Good breakfast. Great room. Nice pool.
