A beautiful apartment! Isabel is so friendly and courteous. The cats, dogs and horses are all so sweet. Specifically the sitting room and restaurant is so beautiful. Thank you very much!
GermanyWe absolutely loved the hosts - Isabel and her husband were the friendliest ever. And we would definitely recommend having breakfast, dinner AND dessert with them. Such an amazing spot to have good, traditional food. Isa and all her animals were great and we felt so welcome.

NetherlandsIsabel is a lovely, friendly, attentive host. Any time we needed anything, we just asked and it was quickly dealt with. The location was brilliant - really secluded and (mostly) quiet. There is a farm through the trees and you can hear people calling out as they work and animal noises, but we felt that added to the bucolic atmosphere. You have to drive out to a village, then down an unpaved road through a forest. This really gives you the feeling of being distant from the hustle and bustle of life. The White House is surrounded by trees and has one of the pools right next to it. In theory, guests at the other houses could use the pool, but they tended not to. The pool is small but big enough for splashing about with the kids. This house has a BBQ area, a veranda with hammock, a separate covered dining and relaxing area with another hammock. It was almost idyllic. It's also easy to get out and about, with Aveiro 30 mins drive away, and supermarkets nearby.

This property was my parents' week-end refuge spot . I moved here because of my children,19 years ago. Living in a Green Protected Area, almost without neighbors, in the middle of nowhere is a permanent adventure! Here we have a simple, quiet & lovely life. We <3 it. We have 2 pools, bikes, a nice restaurant where you can play tennis table, football in, read, listen to some music, drink a glass of wine...
I'm Isabel, 56,,2 kids (my son is an EasyJet cabin crew manager, he lives in Porto but he is always here ;my daughter is a flight attendant and she lives in Lisbon but she comes home whenever she is free to do it) my husband Paulo, a great companion and a nice chef! .We are easy going and nice people.We love and we have lots of pets! We enjoy knowing people from other countries and our hobby is to travel around the world. We are against all kind of discrimination!So, if you do not like nature, animals or discriminate people (it does not matter the reason) please do not come!
Vale da Silva Homes/Villas are located on a green protected area. It is a farm with several private little villas and bungalows. Here you can relax from the stressed city days in an rural environment. In the small villages you have anything you need. Aveiro is 12 km away, Agueda 10 km and Albergaria-a-Velha 10 km as well. Lots to visit nearby.
