In a quiet area in the beautiful Algarve landscape and only a few kilometres from the coast and the sandy beaches, the family villa Celestine welcomes you. The holiday home has a living/dining area, a very well equipped kitchen with dishwasher, 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, as well as 3 additional toilets and offers space for a maximum of 8 to 10 persons, spread over 2 floors. The child-friendly holiday home also includes Wi-Fi, air conditioning, a wood fireplace, a washing machine, a television, a baby bed, a cot and a high chair. The outside area of the villa features a balcony, as well as a large garden with an open and covered terrace (furnished and equipped with barbecue), an outdoor shower and a heated pool. Here you can relax with a good book on one of the loungers with fantastic views of the mountains or refresh yourself in the cool water of the pool. There is a restaurant nearby (1,5 km / 3 minutes by car), the next supermarket is 1,9 km (4 minutes by car) away. The centre of Portimão is 15 minutes by car (12 km), here you can find further shopping facilities, restaurants, bars and cafés. Within 20 minutes by car you can reach various beaches, among others the Praia de Alvor (12 km) or the Praia dos Tres Irmaos (13 km). Parking spaces are available on the property, in the garage and on the street. Noise and loud music are not allowed after 10 pm. Smoking is not allowed indoors, but is possible on the terraces. On request and for an extra charge bed linen and towels are available. A fee must be paid for electricity. Each additional person not included in the reservation has an extra fee per person and day. The villa can only be used for events upon request; please contact the owner for this purpose and give the exact details of your event (number of persons, ...) Please take a shower after returning from the beach before entering the pool, as the filter system cannot filter sand.

The cleaning fee for the technician who will clean the whole system will then be charged additionally to your reservation. The pool cover must be re-attached after each use to ensure your safety and to maintain the temperature. The payment of the deposit and the tourist tax must be made 10 days prior to arrival directly by bank transfer to the owner. If this is not done in due time, your reservation and stay will be cancelled immediately and you will not be refunded any payments already made. Additional charges will apply on-site based on usage for cribs, highchairs.
