Pets, parties, and indoor smoking are strictly prohibited. Failure to respect these rules will lead to a penalty fee of 500 RON. For stays exceeding 7 nights, supplementary cleaning to change linens, towels, and toiletries will be scheduled and charged to the guest. Our support services are available from 9:00 to 21:00. Any concerns or inquiries outside these hours will be addressed the following day. Please note that we are unable to issue an invoice for your stay. According to HG 237/2001, republished in 2008, in accordance with article 2, paragraph (5), it is necessary to present a document at check-in.
