This was the last place I stayed on a 7 week trip. It was also the worst place I stayed. My flight was the next day, and as I had no rush I decided to find the hotel myself using the address they provided. The directions are all wrong. They have knowingly lied about where the hotel is to make it sound closer to the airport, but it's about 6.5km according to Google maps, not 3km as advertised. I called the hotel, they told me to wait nearby for someone to pick me up. I asked for the address as I wanted to find it myself, but they insisted I wait. 1 hour later and nobody had come. I called AGAIN and was told they were too busy to come. "Just give me the address" I said. "No, you wait, someone come now". Ok, so I wait another 30 minutes and finally get a lift to a building site where some buildings are finished, including the hotel, and already have peeling paint and look rather sorry for themselves. To get to my room I had to get past a little mangy dog, which was always wet and stank, and growled, and the owner an cleaner did nothing about it, so it juut lived outside my room, smelling of wet dog and barking, as stray, wet dogs often do. There is no wifi as advertised as there are no public areas of the hotel, just the office. There was no breakfast as promised. When I asked, the guy seemed put out and grabbed what looked like something he had brought with him, a pastry in a packet and made some kind of coffee with bits floating in it. That is not a breakfast. It's not even a snack. Then I asked about the shuttle to the airport, also as advertised. "You pay me" said the guy. "Isn't it supposed to be part of the price?" I asked. He protested that he had given me a lift the day before, at which point I finally had enough, and told him pretty directly that was because they had falsely advertised EVERYTHING, and that it was the worst place I had stayed. I have never done that before.
