This property is located between Grand Hotel Italia and Da Vinci Restaurant and it consists of 2 penthouses and 3 one-bedroom apartments, all in the same building. Each apartment features a private parking place and a balcony or a terrace. AC, washing machine, dishwasher, electric kettle, Nespresso coffee machine, hair dryer, free Wi-Fi, iron and ironing board are just a few of the amenities you will find in the apartments to make you feel like home. We provide fresh towels for each guest. ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE ANNOUNCEMENT FORM Please note that all accommodation structures in Romania have the obligation to ask the guests to fill in the ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE ANNOUNCEMENT FORM. The form will be sent online and we kindly ask you to provide us clear information, as all the data in it is required by law. We reserve the right to check the accuracy of the details at check in. CHILDREN Thank you for considering our apartment for your stay! Please note that for safety reasons, our apartment is not suitable for children. We have heavy furniture such as dressers, bookshelves, and TVs that may not be wall-mounted, and outlets without covers that may pose a risk to young ones. To ensure the comfort and safety of all our guests, we kindly ask that you refrain from bringing children to our apartment. OTHER We will provide you with welcome products for your arrival (hand soap, toilet paper, one 12ml shower gel per person etc.). The products at your disposal are there to allow you to arrive in complete peace of mind. We cannot guarantee that they will be sufficient for your entire stay. Neighborhood info

Buna Ziua is a newly developed neighbourhood, 20 min walk from the city centre. You can find a LIDL supermarket right around the corner and Grand Hotel Italia or Da Vinci restaurant are 3 minutes away. At around 100m from the building you will also find a grocery - Bacania Bolloga and Panemar - a well known local bakery. Both BUS and TAXI stations are located 150 meters from the apartment.
