The hotel itself was fantastic, the food from the restaurants was incredible. There was a waitress in the main lounge (short, brunette, apologies I didn't catch her name) who's attentiveness was exceptional. When I checked out there was a trainee receptionist, I had some extra requests, such as a receipt and she dealt with them professionally and with a smile on her at all times . I would definitely stay again.
