The house was built at the end of XVIII century. Ground floor and upper floor building, oriented with the very long side towards Dragoner market. The street wing, resulting from the unification of two houses, displays the facade with several inflections, 15 axes upstairs, neoclassic decoration. At the end of the sec. XVIII here was Anton Filek's tannery, who will build the palace at Gen. Magheru St. no. 4 and who will donate to the city the grid of the fountain in the Great Square In 1902 opens Karl Albrecht’s Grocey store,on the ground floor which became during the interwar period Lica’s factory showroom. The Apartment is located at the first floor of the building, two of the rooms are facing the street, the Dragoner market, and one is having the windows facing the interior yard. Everything was fully renovated at the end of May 2023.
Our names are Raul and Anda, we like to travel and where we go we like to stay among the locals of the area, to get to know the culture and traditions. That's why we try to offer our guests what we expect to receive on our trips.
