Very intimate location right in the heart of Bucharest, with many facilities and very clean. Comfortable apartment with a large and splendid terrace that offers a wonderful view of the city. Located on the famous Calea Dorobantilor boulevard. The building has an internal courtyard. For longer stays, streaming services such as Prime Video and Skyshowtime are available on a 55-inch, 4K smart TV free of charge. The property also provides parking. Note: The property does not legally issue invoices.

The property has a drug store, supermarkets, Pizza Hut, KFC, McDonalds, cafes, bistros, restaurants, casinos, museums, bus, metro (3 min walk) and taxi stations, parks very close. Walking distance to the old town.
