Very nice and quiet apartment, convenient near the centre of town. Well maintained, not too big but very comfortable. We were on our bikes and the apartment offers a good parking option on the inside patio. Host is efficient and pleasant in communication. Warmly recommended!

Hello, my name is Cvjetko and I'm the owner of the Boutique apartment. Besides this apartment I have 3 more apartments here on Booking, all of them with guest scores above 9.5. I try to satisfy all guests' demands in terms of quality and service. In that respect all apartment are recently refurbished and I offer transfer from and to airport. I am also very flexible with check in and check out policies when the reservations allow that. Please ask for any advice about where to go out, which place to visit, where to eat. I would be more than happy to make any reservations for you.

Property information

The Boutique apartment is located in the most central zone, in the beautiful and peaceful street and the building formerly inhabited by high city and army officials. All major monuments and parks are withing a few minutes foot-walk, while best restaurants and bars are in the neighbor streets. The apartment is new and recently completely refurbished with high quality materials. It is equipped with everything you might need during visit to Belgrade: fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with beautiful bathtub, king-size bed and sitting area. It is very, very peaceful even though it is located in the most central area.

Neighbourhood information

Apartment is located on Dorcol city area, around 400 meters from Knez Mihailova street and Kalemegdan fortress. The neighborhood is rich with bars and restaurants, with good connection to public transport.
