“Location, staff, room. The hotel is not a 5 star Ramada style, but the location is right in the center. They did a very good job with the room layout - it is not a big room, but it had 2 large beds and it was clean. Everything was modern and worked - shower, toilet etc... Their staff is very hospitable and effective. Special thanks to Dasha - she just made my days. It is very important to be welcomed with smile when you just arrived from a long trip. The desk is open 24 hours and the surrounding streets are charming with nice cafes and close access to all the tourist sites. We loved the staff. “Location was perfect. It took only 5 min walking to go to Bolshoi Theatre and 10 min walking to red square. Very centrally located! There were elevator even we had to take more steps before enter the hotel from the elevator, but still very useful if you’re carrying a big suitcase. Room was very clean with air conditioner and heater too. They gave a bottle of water every day with cleaning services. There was no refrigerators the room, but you can use a refrigerator at the reception. Our room has only a roof window, but it wasn’t any problem to me. There were a big purified water bottle in the reception area, so don’t need to buy a water for night. We stayed there 5 night here and I strongly recommend this hotel!!!! ” Read more
