“Perfect, it's really a good business hotel. The only problem is the quality of the restaurant.”

Breakfast is terrible. The poorest and not tasty ever tried. They use only packaged products (uncooked peas, corn, cucumbers from a poor supermarket). They offer no sweet or quality product. The coffee machine does not work for cappuccino or other. Only coffee with a lot of water ... From next stays I won't book breakfast anymore, better to do it in a nearby bar. Furthermore, paying 450 rubles for some uncooked peas is not really suitable for the quality of the hotel.

No hot water for 3 days. Lied about it continuously. Told it'd just be for the first night. Staff wouldn't even give us any discount or a free breakfast. Very disappointing.
Nice of the cleaner to tell us the truth and provide a bucket to bathe with.

Recent renovation. I stayed at this hotel many times before it was renovated and it clearly looks nicer now but the atmosphere is different. Before there were different staff, who were very friendly, I was sad to see that they no longer work here. Also the snooker table has been removed from the dining room, sadly. The atmosphere is different. Miss the old vibe. I have many wonderful memories from this hotel and it's sad to see the place change.

It’s still being built, so there’s a lot of noise in the day and workmen actually worked on my balcony one day while I was in. Soap was provided in the shower but not on the bathroom sink. There is no onsite cafe or restaurant. The WiFi is erratic.
It’s new. The room was lovely. The staff were excellent. It is located in a part of town where the air is fresh and the transport is good. It’s high class value for money.

The hotel is far from downtown. It was fine to see a life of general citizen in its own. I don't know about other hotels' facility but I needed to buy mineral water.
One of famous mart chain Samberi is within walking distantce. Some mobile agency like Megafon and Beeline are not quite far from the hotel as well. They offer new towel everyday.
