The hotel is very cozy, and exceptionally quiet - the sound insulation is impeccable! The rooms are very clean and light, very good beds and bedding. The staff is very professional and friendly, even exceptionally friendly for Russian standards - they did give me a very nice present for my birthday - totally unexpected!!!
