We booked several rooms, and on the last day of one of the rooms, we had a medical emergency. The staff was very understanding of us staying inside one of the other booked rooms the entire day and even did cleaning afterward. We really appreciated the help.
GermanyThe hotel is lovely, cute and quaint. The staff/owner exceptional in being helpful and kind, this adds a personal touch to it all.
SwitzerlandLocation is great. Close to an excellent food market, great (hidden) bars and some restaurants. If you don’t might walking you can explore Moscow on foot from the hotel. Metro is also very close. Room is a bit funky (I still need to figure out myself whether I mean that in a good or bad way). Enough mirrors though...
