Location - you can reach the hotel by foot from the Moscow rail station. Luxury interior. Attentive service. Nice breakfast at open area in the inner yard. Mineral water and chocolates in the room, complimentary drinks at the hotels' cafe.

At any time you would be immediately served at the reception desk, never waiting to be served or answered question. We received excellent suggestions about where to go in St.Petersburg, including booking the theater tickets etc.

The reception is very kind and welcoming. Room is exceptionally clean and spacious. Beds are so comfy, be careful, once you jump on the bed, you would want to stay on the bed all day :) Location is super convenient with a metro and two convenient stores nearby.

staff is excellent - exclusively friendly and helpful. very nice interiors. cleanliness and comfort everywhere, including small rooms (for our family we took one standard and one "small" room which is really fully o.k. for one person). sleeping is fantastically comfortable, and one can choose pillows among 7 different kinds suggested. there are two restaurants. both suggest very good russian dishes, and additionally one of them has fine features tended to the tradition of "german switzerland" (suisse alemanique, german speaking swiss cantons) while the other is more tended to the "french switzerland" (suisse romande, french speaking swiss cantons). both have an excellent cuisine. the location is ideal - 2 min. of walk to the key avenue "nevsky prospekt", close to many sightseeings, and 7 min. of walk to the "moskovsky" rail station.

A must stay Hotel in St.Petersburg, great location, great staff, delicious food from both Marius and Claret restaurants, I was living there for about a month and felt like I'm 100% at home, the Hotel is located on Marata street, in the centre close to everything, taxi is very easy to order I could reach everything within minutes. Room service is great! Food from Marius restaurant is available 24/7, breakfasts are very good too with lots of options from fruits to meats, cereals, desserts, etc. Staff was very helpful and did their best on every ask. The concierge service is great too and is ready to advise/arrange something you would like. The Manager Yunis is a great host! I saw him multiple times greeting the guests and making sure they have everything they need! My 1st and only preference when visiting St.Petersburg.
