Немного о квартире: до моря идти 6 минут. Квартира рассчитана до 5 человек, если Вам необходима детская кроватка для ребенка, необходимо сообщить об этом заранее. Лифта в доме нет, расположена на 3 этаже. Детские коляски можно оставить на 1 этаже. В Квартире двухспальная кровать с ортопедическим матрасом (160 см.). Раскладной двухспальный диван-кровать, и одно раскладное двухспальное кресло (140 см в ширину). Также в квартире имеется балкон, он не застекленный. Предоставляется вся посуда (тарелки, вилки, чайник, сковорода и кастрюли разных размеров).
Здравствуйте, Меня зовут Кристина, и я являюсь собственном данный квартиры. При заезде в квартиру Вы подписываете договор, о посуточной аренде жилья. В договоре написано, что вы не будете устраивать вечеринки в квартире и сохраните целостность мебели. Если Вы хотите скидку на жилье, то Вам необходимо со мной связаться напрямую.
Квартира расположена в Центральном районе. Это Тихий и спокойный район в городе Геленджик. Данный район считается самым лучшим для проживания семьи с детьми, потому что можно открывать окна днем, и вы не будете слышать постоянный шум от проезжающих машин. До моря идти 400 метров. Пляж песчаный.
