-location, location, and location. 5 mins walking distance to sochifornia beach. 2 mins walking distance to the market where you get everything. Awesome vibe on the street itself. - they allowed us a couple of hours late check out without any extra cost, - the caretaker lady even though did not understand English, was savvy enough to use Google translate with us and also helped us direct our way to major landmarks and how to rent a escooter and supermarkets etc. Overall I would say good experience for the price.
