Квартиры находятся в новом высотном доме в Северной части города. Из окон открываются красивые виды на город. Во всех квартирах отличный ремонт 2018-19 годов. Квартиры выполнены в виде студий в различных цветовых и дизайнерских решениях. Во всех квартирах есть всё необходимое для комфортного проживания: кондиционеры, холодильники, стиральные машинки, принадлежности для глажки и сушки белья, посуда, отличное постельное бельё, банные полотенца, одноразовые средства гигиены. Бесплатный Wi-Fi.
Neighborhood info
Дом удобно расположен в глубине квартала между улицами Федерации и Радищева. По улице Радищева проходят маршруты трамваев и маршрутных такси, на которых за 5-10 минут можно добраться до исторического центра города. По улице Федерации так же передвигаются маршрутные такси. Через дорогу располагается воинская часть на улице Тухачевского, и желающим навестить солдат, проходящих службу в этой части, удобно останавливаться здесь. На первом этаже дома расположен продуктовый супермаркет «Пятёрочка». Вокруг дома много места для парковки машин. Не далеко есть и платная охраняемая парковка.
