This place is a solid choice. Really good value right on the main drag of Nevskiy, close to a ton of sights & LOTS of great restaurants, cafes, shopping, etc. You really can’t ask to be more central. It DOES have a bit of a “hostel vibe” (tho it was pretty empty while I was there), which might be a benefit to solo travelers (socially) during more “normal” (read: non-Covid) times. Rooms are relatively “spartan”, but sufficient. Basically a bed, small nightstand, tiny TV & mini-fridge. Sizable/ spacious closet (tho no drawer space for folded items). Wi-Fi worked fine while I was there. They apparently offer laundry service too.
