Это показатель востребованности. Второй этаж - порядка 20 достаточно просторных номеров, половина из которых с балконами на пруд. Третий мансардный этаж, видимо, тоже с менее просторными номерами. Завтраком за 100р по пред.заказу из ресторана "наслаждаться" не стали... и так понятно, что там.
