Hotel location is excellent, right in the center and it’s within walking distance to almost everywhere. The staff are super helpful and very kind without exception. Any room delivery was done the same moment without delays. Very attentive, thank you ! Special thanks to Aleksandr who normally has night shift as he provided a very comfortable and quick early check in although we didn’t inform earlier due to sudden change in our flight timing. Money wise it’s very reasonable especially considering that it’s a 5 stars hotel with international standard. We chose city view room and it was comfortable with good view. Breakfast, we only took 2 days and honestly, I would recommend to eat outside for better variety of dishes. Overall, me and my mum are very happy for choosing Radisson Royale and for every visit to SP, we decided to stay here!
