The room was great. It's clear that they've been recently renovated. Location is a little walk from the metro and PCR clinic but not difficult to find. Staff were brilliant - they helped us to book awesome theatre tickets, guidance with postage and more. Breakfast had a fantastic variety including all the comforts and local delicacies. The hot chocolate in the room is the best I've ever had. Cannot recommend enough and will definitely stay again if we're ever in St Petersburg.

We have only teapots and tea station in every room and teaspots and coffee machines in Superior, Premium and Suite rooms. Добрый день! Большое спасибо за Ваше обращение! в Уютных Небольших номерах балконов не предусмотрено. Внутренний двор имеется у самого отеля - он оборудован под банкетный зал. Террасы при отеле не имеется. Отель расположен в 7 км от Отеля, это 20 минут езды на машине или 50 минутная поездки на общественном транспорте. Чтобы дойти до острова пешком, понадобиться 1,5 часа.
