коттедж из клееного бруса авторский проект на берегу Пироговского водохранилища в тихом старо-дачном месте на участке много больших садовых и лесных деревьев, настоящая русская баня из бревна с каменной печью из малахита на дровах с купелью и снежным фонтаном для растирания снегом, веники с лесными травами, две беседки одна с мангалом и большим столом и очагом в центре стола, автоматический вертел для целого барана или поросенка, настоящий сеновал с ароматным сеном на 8 – 10 человек, каждую пятницу в летнее время после 21 часа салют, а с началом речной навигации утром прекрасный вид на гонки на яхтах регата, сетевые магазины в шаговой доступности есть поликлиника, больница, детский сад государственный и частный, две школы, теннисный клуб, гольф клуб, прокат яхт, прокат лошадей, уроки верховой езды, прокат лодки для рыбалки и байдарки 2х местной , в Пироговском водохранилище прекрасная рыбалка круглый год и рядом есть пруд для платной рыбалки, много лесных птиц и за счет постоянного легкого бриза с водохранилища нет комаров, артезианская скважина с минеральной водой анализ 1 раз в квартал, очень тихое место для спокойного отдыха в 9 км от МКАД асфальтированный круглогодичный подъез
