The staff is very friendly. The manager Tresor, the staff Emmanuel and Alliance, they are really good. Overall it was a pleasant stay. The view from the resort is great. We did a boat trip which was arranged by the resort and it was fantastic. The breakfast and food in general was good.

Immanuel was great as well. If I could give them awards for service, I would. The front desk manager was great too. The food was amazing. It was a very very nice experience.

RwandaThe Paradis Malahide is an amazing property. The construction is traditional with traditional furniture made from wood and kitenge fabric. There are plants everywhere and all the tables and seating over look the lake. The staff was exceptional. They all spoke English very well and handled our every need.

We enjoyed the water front breakfasts and the wildlife surround the bay. During our stay we enjoyed pancakes, omelettes and the fruit salad for our breakfast. On our last morning as we were leaving the property one of the staff members ran over to our car with a small take away package - they had given us complimentary pancakes because we had enjoyed them so much during our time there. We loved Paradise Malahide!!
