كل شيئ كان جميل ، حجزت عن طريق البوكينق واستقبلني موظف اسمه صادق وكان قمة بالاخلاق والتهذيب ما شاء الله ، اعطاني غرفة اكبر وافضل بكثير من اللي حجزتها وحجزت لليوم التالي وتفاجئت فيه يتصل فيني عشان تجديد العقد وبسعر اقل ، للامانة نادرا ما الاقي اشخاص بمثل هذي النزاهة والاحترام .. الفندق بشكل عام يعتبر الافضل نسبياً بالباحة و مشهور خصوصا كونه بمنطقة متكاملة الخدمات .
