The owner and the manager are very nice! They both speak English and are willing to help all guests however they can. The Staff is also very nice. The hotel is located in a convenient location very close to the Unaizah Mall and there is a festival/park area nearby! So are many restaurants and cafes (Caffe Bene, Deal Burger, KFC, Quizno's etc.). Both the Panda supermarket and the Tamimi Supermarket are around the corner in different directions. A clean hotel, peaceful sleep, and a quiet area. What a nice surprise of a gem. Good hotel for expats in Unaizah.
