During vinter season: 15 Dec to mid April you can book the apartments: Sun-Thurs, Thurs -Sun or Sun-Sun. The timber house was completed in February 2015. It is truly built with beautiful details. The apartment is located on the ground floor and has beautiful views of the river Ljusnan and Järvsöklack. It is a ski out-walk in location, ie only a few meters to the nearest piste and the Alpbyns café / restaurant / after ski. The apartment is 71 sqm. There are 6 beds in 3 bedrooms. 1 room with double bed and 2 rooms with bunk beds. Open plan living room / kitchen with tiled floors, underfloor heating and fireplace with wood burning stove. The kitchen is fully equipped with a hob, oven, fridge / freezer, dishwasher, micro, toaster and coffee maker, 1 bathroom with shower, sauna, toilet and washing machine and a separate toilet with sink. Hall with good space for outerwear. Separate less lockable storage room for skis and other adjacent to the accommodation. WIFI / Wireless internet (fiber), Smart TV with Boxer subscription. The balcony has roof tops and there are outdoor furniture, barbecue and a big swing available. From the apartment it is 1.7 km to Järvsö center. Smoking and pets are not allowed. Supplement/Surcharge : Cleaning 1 400 SEK. Bed linen and towels 150 SEK /se
